2. Account Registration

Users must be at least 18 years old to register.

Users must provide accurate information.

Each user is responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

3. Uploading & Selling Content

We offer complete support to grow as an artist and offer 75% commission.

Contributors must own full rights to uploaded content.

Content must meet quality standards.

No illegal, offensive, or infringing content is allowed.

Contributor should create a unique nickname and digital identity.

AI-generated content must be labeled.

Contributors grant a non-exclusive worldwide license for display & distribution.

Payments are processed after minimum payout threshold.

4. Licensing and Usage

We offer two types of licenses: Personal License and Power License. Power License is an extended commercial license for $99.

Personal Use License

Allows use for non-commercial personal projects.

Personal blogs, decor, academic projects, personal gifting.

No resale, redistribution, sublicensing, monetized use, or public sharing.

Power License

Allows profit-based, commercial, branding, advertising & large-scale use without usage limits.

Logos, ads, merchandise, websites, packaging, client work, marketing campaigns.

5. General Restrictions

No redistribution, resale, or file sharing.

No copyright claims on purchased products.

Mass-production above 10,000 units requires **Power+ License** (contact support).

Power+ License

Extended version of Power License with no restrictions, co-ownership feel, continuous Adstrex support. Contact our team for more information.

6. DMCA Compliance & Copyright Protection

We comply with DMCA. If your content is infringed, file a DMCA request.

Description of copyrighted work, infringing material, contact info, good faith statement, accuracy declaration, signature.

7. License Documentation & Verification

Each purchase includes License Agreement documentation.
